  2. Quick call – I’ll get back to you and schedule a short call to learn more about your goals, background, and schedule + explain how my coaching works, what makes it different.

  3. Choose your plan – Pick the level of coaching that works best for you.

  4. Start training – Your personalized plan kicks off, and we get to work!


Plan 1: Structured – €45/month

Simple structure. No fuss. Just your weekly plan.

  • Weekly training plan sent via WhatsApp (text only)

  • Based on your fitness level, goals, and race calendar

  • No adjustments during the week

  • No app or watch integration

  • Best for self-motivated runners who want a clear, simple plan to follow


Plan 2: Tailored – €85/month

Flexible coaching with support, synced to your watch.

  • Training delivered and updated via Final Surge (platform that syncs with your watch).

  • Weekly check-in via Final Surge.

  • Plan adapted each week based on fatigue, schedule, and progress

  • One monthly call or in-person session for feedback or questions. Or optional 1-to-1 run.

  • Insights on training, mindset, or racing—shared directly

  • I can track your actual training load through Final Surge and adjust upcoming sessions in real time to prevent overtraining or help you recover betterThe Result
